We sell physical merchandise (such as apparel, mugs, and accessories), books, and digital products (such as music and eBooks). We do our best to show product colors and details accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee an exact match. Many physical products are made to order by our printing partners. Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout and is processed by secure third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns and Refunds
Physical products: Because most items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.
Digital products: Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, all sales of digital products are final. If you have trouble accessing a file, contact us and we will help.
